I´ve read an article in Rolling Stone Brazil Magazine Site , in which Eddie Vedder says that he has plans to come to Brazil for a show with the band or with his solo show in 2013. Read the article:

I´ve just read it, but couldn´t find any other news. I ´ll be very happy if they come, but to tell you the truth, I didn´t like the idea of coming to Lolla..I prefer only Pearl Jam on the stage..

Yes, Lolla 2007 was a great show, but the reasons why I don't want PJ playing festivals here are:

- It will be almost impossible to buy tickets. Tha band has a huge public here in Brazil.
- I don't think 10C members will have an advantage to buy tickets. The show will be full of people waiting just hits or Last Kiss. The rest of the show they will be posting on twitter/facebook, talking a lot and ignoring the band and the public who wants to see the show.
- The tickets for the first Lolla in Brazil (april 2012) were very expensive.

I'm not a festival fan neither, but I went to Lolla 2012 only because of Foo Fighters, I loved it and their time on stage was the same as a solo show.
The setlist thing is true, but god only knows when they'd come back if it weren't for Lolla...
Buying tickets for Lolla was stressfull as hell! but thinking about prices, I payed R$215 for Pearl Jam in 2011 and R$295 for Lolla, it's not soooo different...
What really kills me, it's the exclusivity contract! I wanna know if it restrains a possible ed solo tour in Brazil too.

Here is my take on the Lolla festival...If pearl jam does play the festival next year in Sao Paulo.....I truly think that pearl jam will do some regular shows in South America....Or Ed will do a solo tour......It is long flight just to do one festival show......But, I could be wrong...Just have to wait and see what happens..

I will probably go back to Brazil next year...If pearl jam does a regular tour there?

I went to Lolla 2012 only because FF too. It was a great show, but I think they couldn't play other shows in the country because the exclusivity contract. This is my biggest fear too. EV solo tour is my biggest dream right now.
And I think it will be even more difficult to buy Lolla tickets for PJ than it was for FF.

If this Lollapalooza show is confirmed, I'd bet - being optimistic - pearl jam SA tour (with only 1 show in Brasil ) and maybe, ed SA tour including a brasil tour...

I saw that too...that line up was leaked from the website of one of the main sponsors of lollapalooza....tomorrow at 00:00 they will release the final line up, but seems that PJ is 100% confirmed. That's April 6&7
