Error Adding a new mailing address

I sent an email to the 10C but haven't received a response after a few days.
Whenever I try to add another mailing address in my account I keep getting an error to select my "state" from the drop-down. Being in Canada, I then select my province, making sure the country is Canada and I get the error again - "please select your state".

Anyone else have this problem? Only outside the US perhaps?

I have this problem as well, the problem is that we live in Quebec and for some reason it doesn't consider it a province. I tried putting in Alberta and it lead me to the checkout page with the credit card info. So the problem is that Quebec is glitched or something.
