Gonna be a good one tonight. Starting with oysters (raw), then onto ribeyes, grilled asparagus and stuffed jalapenos (cream cheese, bacon, green onion). Have a key lime pie in the fridge too and finishing it off with a Macanudo and some whiskey. Beautiful evening.

Anyone who has a whole foods nearby should get their burgers from there instead of your typical shop rite/ pathmark.

Their burgers from the butcher are incredible! Especially the sweet onion burgers, and sliders which are 85% beef and 15% bacon

They're going to be opening up a farmer's market later in the year in downtown Waterbury and they said there's going to be fresh meat. I can't wait to try it. I hope there are burgers.

I got some Copper River King Salmon last night. Grilled it with some hickory chips last night with some sweet corn. Awesome!!! The salmon was really pricey ($36/lb) but totally worth it!!

I made a spicy mango sauce for it too...awesome! :D
