If there is, I would love to see it. Collected over 4,000 pieces of vinyl the past few months, both new and used and wouldn't grade anything mint. NM is the highest grade that should be given unless a record is absolutely perfect(extremely rare).

Sure, but there are people who think a sealed vinyl is mint. How can you tell? Open vinyl is rarely perfect but once in a great while, you come across one that is flawless.

This. Records are never mint its not just about sound its the record as a whole. If someone is selling you a record and calling it mint they do not know what they are talking about
