Let's not start jumping the gun. It took her 24 hours to press charges (which is a sign of wanting $$$). Let's also not be headline readers. He was at a charity event earlier in the night. Looks like his wife was hit in the face with a bottle. I know Marshall is Bi-Polar so anything can happen but also people know this and will try to get a settlement out of him.
