I have a PARK 25w amp with a cry baby wah, MXR 90, and a russian big muff, oh and a vibraflange RFX970:
What's the best setup?

Guitar -> Cry Baby -> Big Muff -> Phase 90 -> vibraflange

So, amp to crybaby,muff,90; flange then guitar?

However it would run from right to left obviously.

No problem man. Obviosuly you can mess with it to see what you like best. There is a pedal thread stickied up top and contains everything you could ever want to know.

I still put fuzzes first in the signal change. They don't like to be anywhere else.
