Bumpity bump bump! And if you've read this and haven't donated, please reconsider and make a donation. Please? John and Shawna are great people who need our help. I know times are tough for all of us with what's going on around the country and world but you can help a couple of our own members of this awesome community. And if you don't or can't, that's okay too. Just please keep them in your thoughts!

TODAY IS THE DAY

I am transferring the PayPal donations over to my bank account (3-5 business day process) so that we can offer the most help where it's needed.

I have asked for John and Shawna's input of course but I'll put it all out here too

Most of you know the amount we have to work with
And you know what they need the most
(PM me if you'd like more info)

You asked us to transfer $xxx.00 USD from PayPal to your bank account, and we're processing it now. It usually takes 3-4 business days for transfers like this to go through, so you should see the money in your bank account by Mar 13, 2012.

I would think they would be able to use Visa cards everywhere that is a great idea. However if they have specific bills you might want to transfer to their account directly....

Very exciting news Jo and thanks for all you've done. I agree with the Visa giftcards as it would give John & Shawna more flexibility on how to spend it...I guess whatever they want!

I would say a portion for grocery cards, maybe a gas card, and whatever the next greatest need is (utilities?). Or is it easier for them to just have the VisaGift Card?
