Berlin 2012 - Who's Going? Pre-Party? Etc., Etc..

I was just thinking this morning I didn't recall seeing a plan for pre & after parties in Berlin. I guess something will come up + I'm staying at Plus Berlin where lots of others are I believe so hope I don't miss anything.

I can't wait!

And I'd really love to meet up with all you wonderful PJ-fans!

Everyone is saying "yeah, pre/post party!", but so far no actual places has been mentioned...
I've never been to Berlin or know much about the city..

Who has been there before? And knows some good places?
Places nearby? Or easy to get to and from by train/bus?
A place/street with a couple of bars/pubs/clubs?

Bring anything to the table!

It'll be my 1st time in Berlin, in Germany in fact, so I wanna see it ALL!!! Well, you know what I mean, as much as I can of Berlin at least in 3 & 1/2 days.

Our hostel is literally across the road from the O2 Arena in Berlin. It's a hostel-boat and they have a bar. Perhaps this would be a good location?

And while we're talking about this; is anyone else staying at the Eastern Comfort Hostel boat? x)
