Im assuming that if the tickets were purchased by a relative through Ticketmaster, that Im not eligible for the wristband even if I have the Ticketmaster confirmation number?

No, because they check the e-mails, the purchase e-mail and 10C member e-mail must be the same. Don't know what they do if you used 2 different mails that is yours. I only use one so I don't have this problem...

No, because they check the e-mails, the purchase e-mail and 10C member e-mail must be the same. Don't know what they do if you used 2 different mails that is yours. I only use one so I don't have this problem...

are you sure? i've used 2 different mail adresses too... i received my wristband mail and ordered 2... hopefully it works, but i think they don't check the mails but the name you've registered yourself with here in the 10C matching with the name on your ticket......so if the ticket has the name of your relative on it, i think you can't get wristbands as it has to have your name on it as long as your relative isn't member of the 10C....

I didnt quite get the early entry option.
We get a 15min/20min early entry, but we dont have a special zone for 10c members.

Does that mean that ill need to squeeze in through a long line of people without wristbands, potentionally people might even block me and not let me pass to gain that entry?

Im going to the 2nd amsterdam show.. from the website the dome shows it has a special entry for VIP members of the dome etc.. cant we utilize that secondary entry??

why 10c do not answer us? There is plenty of people who have not received the wristband mail and cannot check their form. and they still not answer us. it's very frustrating. 10c don't want to have communication with us, with their members. it's unbelievable. I have always defended the 10c but it's a very bad time for it. I am not happy with the club where I pay the registration and get no answers. no answers for the presale problems first and now no answers for the wristbands mail problems.

My creditcard and wallet got stolen the day before the sale. So I used a friends account and card (the girl who will join me and get my second wristband).

So now I am not entitled? Even though I am a member? Only because I paid with another card (used her account and email adress to be sure the payment would get through, didn't know if they linked account info and the creditcard in some way)

I am very worried about my presale tickets purchased by CrowdSurge on 13/12/2011 for the Concert of Berlin. The transaction was ok, (I received a mail by CrowdSurge after purchase), but in the GOODS of the ten clubs, I don't see any tickets. I'm desperate and angry. Please give me an answer. thanks.
