Eddie was at his absolute best (whover says his voice has lost anything needs to hear the bootleg) and the whole band was on fire. They were clearly inspired by the huge (60k?) and impassioned crowd.
The tempo was set early with the blazing first five songs. Hail, Hail in particular stood out for me, but the goosebump moments were too numerous to count.
It was an emotional experience for me to see this band that I've loved for so long at the very top of their game in front of such a massive and adoring audience. Brazil is a wonderful place and Pearl Jam is an amazing band. I was lucky to stand witness.

Is this the biggest non festival crowd in the Pearl Jam concert history?

But it was a great moment cuz the crowd (which I prefer calling FANS) continued singing

But what happened really? Did Ed forget the lyrics or did the entire band forget how to play it?
