I think Bane as the villain isn't the best choice, but Tom Hardy playing him is great. Bulked up? Watch 'Bronson' and you'll see how jacked this dude can get - the movie's sweet. Plus, he's worked with Nolan on Inception so I'm sure he'll know what he wants.

nolan's dark knight series have had so called darker characters ... you need to be an actor to be in these movies ... sadly, meagan fox is not an actor ... nor jessica biel ...

there was a story a couple weeks ago, that apparently had merit, that had eva green getting casted as catwoman. ugh. that would have been a w f u l l. google her if you don't know who she is.

ummmm....WHAT?!?!? That's blasphemy! She's fucking hot. And a good actress. And almost a doppleganger for Hathaway in a way. I just don't know if either should be playing Catwoman.

Yes. Hot. but can't act to save her life. Nolan makes good films not Hollywood trash like Transformers. If you like that kind of film thats fine but the type of film Nolan makes she would only ruin it.

I've only seen Alice in Wonderland so I can't really say if this is good or bad. I think after the work he's done on the previous batman films and Inception we should trust him. (Although I was really puzzeled to Ellen page's charcter and casting in Inception) Either way i'm looking forward to this, such a shame Heath Ledger isn't around

i think its safe to assume that nolan - like guy ritchie - does not do convincing female roles

Yeah she was the worst thing about Inception. If you want the best architect why don't go to someone how has done it for years and is acclaimed and 'the best in the world'? Would have made more sense then a student!

Is Catwomen a villian or an ally to Batman? I'm guessing a villian but I really hope she isn't a love interest, it would destroy what was accomplished by Rachel's death. To suddenly forget and discard that story arc from Batman's character will just be sad.

I do agree with you about strong female charcters with Nolan but with perhaps as Rachel the only exception.
