the Who live at Isle of Wight (Keith Moon at his best)
Tom Petty Running Down a Dream (best in terms of Documentary.. will give you new appreciation for his greatness)
DMB Live at The Gorge (circa 2002 Halloween!)
AIC Unplugged (life changing experience to see this performance.. these guys are pure musicians IMO)
Stevie Ray Vaughan Live at el Macambo (jaw droppingly good)
There's very few people in the world, if any, who are able to do what Mike McCready does.. and to be honest I don't think you've seen the half of it!"...

The Led Zeppelin DVD released in 2003 is the definitive rock music DVD. Showcases them from the early days in Albert Hall 70 right up to Knebworth 1979, and demonstrates why they are the greatest rock and roll band of all times!

This, along with "How the West Was Won" (I think that's the name of the cd live release they put out at the same time), are two that have been on my to get list since they came out. What am I waiting for?

rrivers wrote:Interesting. I am blown away by the Garden DVD every time I watch it. I was super excited for Lost Dogs to come out and not that excited for the Garden DVD (if you remember they came out the same day). I liked and still like the DVD better. It might be because of my low expectations for it.

I think I have the opposite reaction to Immagine because I had high expectations and I was let down. Granted there is some great stuff on there (Ed and Mike on the roof, Ed playing Immortality by himself, the camera angles)...I think I was hoping for more from the behind the scenes stuff. I could have used more Stone, and by more I mean any.

Yeah, I was the opposite. Lost Dogs blew me away... I loved it. The Garden dvd was cool, but it was my least watched dvd. I think I've just had an overkill of live PJ. I don't like when things are on 2-discs because I'm lazy and hate switching ;) Plus, I feel like there weren't any moments that particularly jumped out at me, unlike tb2k.

It cracks me up when Dave has the drummer going through all the instruments during 'See You.'
