I'll be honest here, I don't know any of his stuff except Seven Nation Army. Where should I start?

I would start with this album since its his first solo and then I would listen to all The White Stripes albums staright through.

Did anyone else's vinyl come with two of the lyric page inserts? Or was mine just a mistake? lol. Currently spinning it, much better than the MP3 version I have listened to 15+ times in the last week or so. I cannot get enough of this album and cannot wait for the show in Nashville.

White stripes : I'd start with du Stijl
Elephant is great too
Both of those for starters.


Both Raconteurs albums are fantastic. I do like Broken boy soldiers moe though.

Love this album. Went driving with it and the guitar on "Sixteen Saltines" just rips when it come on in the car. I can't wait for his LA show on Monday. It'll be the first time I've ever seen him live with any of his bands.

Thanks! Unfortunately I haven't been feeling well so I am not in the mood to deal with a crowd and the subway. Oh well, I haven't seen Jack in concert since 2008.
