Cory Glover was in Platoon.
All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.

Glad to see some Michael Franti fans here. The man and Spearhead are some of the VERY best live performers going. Easily an "Anytime/Anywhere" performer.

Will post some classics of his later but thankfully he's recovering from an appendix operation last week. He had to cancel 8 shows out west doctors said it was the worst rupture they ever seen. He will be back on tour with the Counting Crows long before he gets to the east coast in September.

Hendrix Machine Gun was probably the best, but this is a very close second.

This is what rock is all about. What a concert this must have been to see live.

Also, who dressed cooler than these guys???

then there was ten years after.... rockin out to the blues!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNPX-9QXgGM
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

You're correct, I thought something was strange about that video. I remember him playing during the daylight.

Joe Cocker - A Little Help From My Friends - Woodstock 1969

This is the classic I was looking for. :)
