Moving to Seattle. Want to jam.

I am a guitarist, 33. Moving to Seattle in about a month in a half. I'm interested in getting together with other musicians and jamming. Where it goes, who knows. My influences are Pearl Jam (of course), Floyd, Stevie Ray..... If anyone is interested, let me know. Also, any tips, hints, advice on the area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
