Don't ever go watch the video of the little 9 yr old pinoy kid playing Crazy Train then !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah his chord fretting isn't the greatest but he fucking nails finger tapping the solo, and I hate him for it.
:( :( :(

:o

That kid's hands are like half the size of mind!!! Holy crap... thats nuts!!!!

That kid will be able to do anything he ever puts his mind too...

Yeah, you need both hands to play guitar ;)
Sloppier than a blind man with a typewriter, speedier than that kid who always finished tests first but failed, more fumbling and bumbling than a special olympics relay race, it's: TYPO MAN!

Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"

Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"

Sort of. :P

Inspirational nugget i found today:
Volume Swells Into A Minute of Creamy Lead (7:41 till 8:31) - GnR - Estranged, 1992

PS - I challenge you to watch this video and not have some gut level reaction that at least a "small" part of Axl's apparent homophobia is, in fact, psychological "projection". For fucksake he spends 9 minutes skip-dancing and runway walking (down stairs, even!) and all-but-"vogue"-ing through a power ballad wearing a cross-dresser's football dance costume only to cover up with a "subdued" FUSCHIA David Byrne jacket during the *keyboard solo* :!: ...

  ... this man is straight? :corn: :?:

also, who the FUCK would want to watch that shit with out ***SLASH*** & duff back there at least. Shit.

Tommy Tutone - Jenny 2m16-3m28 - Over a minute of fun, moderately-screamin 80's lead \ interlute \ lead. :D

Amazing how much sound you can pack in to one minute (amd ten seconds)...

and
just a really bad ass version of Blind Melon's Change from some old (foreign?) MTV broadcast?

awesome version.
rip.

I got hit by Sandy the hurricane 2 weeks ago, and picked up my guitar since I was bored.

I have been playing it every night since then! When I pull up a spot on the couch to watch tv, I just grab the guitar and play different shit during boring parts/commercials. I'm so pumped to be playing for fun and not playing because I want to have fun.

A house move and forced 3 week wait for broadband made me pick mine up again. That was about 4 months ago and I can't stop now!
Only trouble is, I bought a new acoustic as I never had one, but now I'm eyeing up some tasty Epiphone Les Pauls, and a very nice Strat.
Damn these expensive hobbies! :D
