After they posted that it was fixed, I just tried to buy it and the download link they sent me still doesn't work and it's not showing up in my order history. I'm about to send 10c an email, but wanted to post this here to prevent others from buying it thinking the issue is fixed.

I changed the email address for my account where I bought the boot and because Modlife isn't sending me a confirmation email I can't even get into my account to try to access this purchase. How do I verify my email address change to access my account?

I was just on the phone with 10c.
I got the news the link is fixed in my order history too.

My order history is blank. We walked through some troubleshooting over the phone, but ultimately I am still without the link (or order history).

I was instructed to email the details to info@tenclub.net.

So, I guess the point of this post is to say that they are aware, and they are still working on it.
