I THINK I got tickets. It's in my order history but I haven't received a confirmation email.
Will I get one? Anyone else?

OK.. I got to the CC info screen , filled out CC info and hit continue. Could not progress from there.
My account has been debited for the tix as of 1.55 EST. No confirmation email yet and I can't check my order status.

I am good to go yes??? Got shut out on PJ20. Looking forward to Toronto night #1. Please advise.

Be lucky you got possibly 2 shows. I can't even get past the address part of checking out to get to the only set I'm trying to get.

Same here. Hope they get this figured out quickly for the next round of pre-sale!
No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

Exactly. I love the band and they do a great job in general (as does the 10C) but I am a business person and know this should not be happening. Apologies are fine but in the business world, talk is cheap and what counts is action. They need to act so that no further apologies are needed. What I wrote in the other thread...

Sorry but this is just not a real world perspective. I love Pearl Jam and the 10C but make no mistake, they are both BIG BUSINESS. A Pearl Jam tour grosses tens of millions of dollars. This is not some kid shipping records from his garage. PJ20 is going to gross at least $6 million that weekend and that does not include any of the merchandising and other ancillary stuff. I thank Tim and the gang for everything they do but at the end of the day, what has taken place with the PJ20 ticket sale is unacceptable and in this instance, they did not do their jobs properly. That is a fact. I work in entertainment too and just because there are famous people involved, it doesn't make it any less of a job than anyone else has. It is a business with customers and customers need to be properly taken care of and satisfied. That was not done here and it is disappointing considering the past problems with tickets sales. Pearl Jam and the 10C owe it to the fanbase, their customers, to get these problems corrected and to make sure that such problems do not occur again in the future.

It is that simple.

Im using my iphone have my tickets on cart, select the adress and it is an eternal loop cant go to the next screen :?: :?:
