Today's Sale Update

Even thought the store is VERY busy, and refreshing is kind of insane, we are processing tickets, much like yesterday, but not at all like Monday. Right now, it appears as if all of the tickets are in carts and people that have them are refreshing their way through the checkout process. Thanks for your patience.

I've had them in my cart 3 times, and it keeps going to the problem loading page. I've been "refreshing" for 50 minutes now!
I'm feeling very sad :( I need my PJ!

Refresh isn't working for me. Been trying for nearly an hour now. Very frustrating.

i had them in my cart, 2x, and when i finally got to checkout, said i had nothing in my car as i took too long. :?
almost an hour and i am getting no where. looks like one show is unlikely, 3 shows...never....hahaha. jokes on me.



btw - it now shows https://secure.pearljam.com/store/null
shall i continue refreshing that or what?

i've had the same problem...every time it finally goes to the checkout screen, they're expired and been released again :cry:

I am unable to see the goods page. Tried with three web browsers. This sucks.

I can't even get the goods section to open for me anymore :(
I got to 'buy' about a couple dozen times, but it wouldn't refresh after that... this really sucks.

Me too. I got to the "enter your credit card number" screen about 5 times, and each time got sent back to the start of checkout process.

I think I speak for most of us when I say we agree that the 10C is great and hard working. We just wanted an update. Some people say that the Canadian sales times are staggared, which is fine, its just not listed anywhere and now its a little frustrating because with no offical word its hard to know whos post you should believe.

i wouldn't, i got that a bunch of times on monday and when it loaded it did nothing.
