i shit and i stink omg your a star..

just got a package this morning..and have played all thre vinyls already.

franky goes to hollywood was on the desk within seconds of me seeing it ...its sounds like new not a pip pop minty fresh ...go i loved that band..lol.

duran duran rio...also mint and also much loved..

two stunning 80s groups big big thanks

also a polish vinyl that i played and liked alot...will spin it again promise.


stunning vinyls so happy..i love this thread again..lol

I'm glad you like them. The 80s are a touchy decade, some people love them, other not so much.
I wasn't a fan but a student of mine has been selling me his vinyl collection in bits and pieces over the last couple of months and it is mostly 80s stuff and I've been really enjoying a lot of it. They are all in that condition, it is amazing how well he has kept them.

Hey, jshin and jamburger, I'm going away for a few weeks on 1st August, so if your vinyls STILL haven't arrived by then, I'll put you a second package in the post. It won't be anything special, I'm afraid, but it will be some compensation for the fact the it's taken so long for the postal services to do their job. I still think the original pacakges will arrive, especially as vduboise's arrived just a week or two ago, but I'll do it anyway cos I feel pretty bad about the service from here. It's my own fault as I didn't choose expensive postage because it is second hand vinyl and the cost of sending priority mail as astronomical. I didn't expect normal mail to take this long though.
