account -> board preferences -> allow members to pm you (click no)

but that blocks pm's from EVERYONE (except mods). unfortunately, you can't choose to block some and not others.

yeah but what about the bloating?

How about just not opening them? maybe the person gets the hint when they have 57 outbox messages..

ps.. I am VGL..
