Im not at all..but when you look at him post game he just looks spent and not into it..could just be his normal demeanor.

dale isn't going anywhere after this season....

pretty sure theo sold him on hey, the cubs suck, but we are going to build something here and we want you to be the guy long term.

i've only seen one or two post game press confrences with dale. overall, i think he does a nice job with them. tells it like it is. after sunday's game, he admitted he had nothing in the bullpen.
